*Visual inspection of roof & gutters from the ground

*Check grounds for pest problems, landscape and irrigation issues

*Check pool water color & level (if applicable)

*Take in Mail/Parcels/Flyers

*Take photos of any areas of concern to include in home inspection report

*Check windows and doors are secure

*Check A/C temperature & humidity

*Check smoke detectors

*Visually inspect for insect and pest problems

*Inspect for water intrusion, mold and odors

*Visually inspect water heater for rust or leaks

*Check that refrigerator, freezer and disposal are working

*Run all water through pipes, flush toilets, cycle appliances

*Send photos, inspection report and any concerns to homeowner

*Turn off main water valve after each visit

*Vehicle/Golf Cart driven on local roadway or idle in driveway to charge battery

*Forward mail/packages to homeowner

*Meet contractors, cleaners and/or oversee their work
